We have ordered our materials from Paracord Galaxy since starting our business two years ago. Their customer service is phenomenal! Recently I placed an order and almost immediately realized that I had forgotten some items. I placed another order within minutes of the first and someone at Paracord Galaxy realized what had happened. I received an email saying they were refunding the second shipping fee and everything arrived in one box! It was my error but they took the initiative to save me some money. That kind of customer service inspires loyalty and Paracord Galaxy has mine!
