Shipping and Return Policies

Our goal is to promptly and accurately deliver your order

All orders placed before 3 pm Eastern Time Monday – Saturday are shipped the same day! After 3 pm, orders are shipped the next business day.

Flat Rate Shipping

For US orders, our shipping rate is a flat $5.99, regardless of size and destination. Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.

We ship using USPS, UPS or FedEx

– Our choice for flat rate shipping.
– If you want a particular carrier, or faster shipping, you can choose a carrier and pay based on the the standard published rates for that carrier.
– If for some reason we have problems shipping with your chosen carrier, we will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx (our choice).

Signature Required

Our normal shipping does not require a signature upon receipt. If you want signature-required, please say that in a note when you place the order. Add any other special instructions. For example, if you do not want the package left on your porch then say so in a note as you place the order.

We Ship FOB

We ship “freight on board.” We guarantee to ship to the address you provide and get products to the chosen carrier in a timely manner. If there are delivery problems, you must resolve them with the carrier. Please let us know if there are delivery problems. We are happy to help resolve them if you are respectful, cooperative and nice.

International Orders

We are not shipping interationally at this time, but hope to do so soon. We will charge international customers the actual cost of shipping.
We cannot offer free or flat rate shipping on these orders.
The customer is responsible for any import taxes or tariffs.

Our website quotes shipping rates based on weight and delivery address. If you want to order $200 or more in product, load it into a shopping cart and then contact us before you check out. We will manually check shipping options and find the best rate we can.

We will ship using your FedEx account if you provide us with details

European Union

At this time we are not able to take orders from EU countries on our website. If you live in the EU and want to place an order, contact us and we may be able to create a special order for you. Be advised that we require the product gross value to be $200 US or more. Also, be advised that shipping will likely cost almost as much as the product.

We gladly accept returns and will issue refunds under the following conditions:

– Items must be received at our facility with 30 days of purchase
– Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee
– Items must be in new condition

If those conditions are met, we refund the full price you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping.

On returns, please include the following information:

– Name
– Order ID number
– Reason for return
